BPTSeva, short for Baner Pashan Tekdi Seva, is a community-driven initiative based in Pune, dedicated to preserving and cleaning the Baner-Pashan hills. We believe that every small action matters. Through regular cleanliness drives, volunteer engagement, and environmental awareness campaigns, we aim to restore the natural beauty of the Tekdi and inspire citizens to take ownership of their local environment. At BPTSeva, our mission is to protect and preserve the natural environment of the Baner-Pashan Tekdi through consistent community-driven efforts. We aim to spark a culture of responsibility, where every individual feels empowered to take small yet impactful actions — from picking up a piece of trash to spreading awareness about pollution. By organizing regular cleanliness drives and encouraging citizen participation, we strive to create a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable Pune, one step at a time.

OUR INFLUENCE

We’ve conducted five detailed surveys to identify the most polluted areas on the Baner-Pashan Tekdi, and have organized targeted cleanup drives at those locations. In just 3–4 hours per drive, we've collected significant amounts of waste—proving the urgent need for action. Our goal is to restore the Tekdi to its natural glory by removing even the tiniest pieces of litter and spreading awareness about the power of collective responsibility. Through our efforts, we hope to inspire a broader movement toward a cleaner, greener India.
